Our garage door malfunctioned on a Saturday at 1:00pm. It was fixed by 3:40pm for a reasonable price! We well use these guys again.

I called the service I had been using for garage door repairs and got no call back after 90 minutes. I called Denver Garage Door LTD but hung up after only 1 ring, wanting to make one more attempt to get garage door to close — and my phone rang back almost immediately. It was Denver Garage Door calling back after missing my call. Instead of making an appointment to come to my house, David walked me through several steps to adjust the safety sensors on opposite sides of the garage door, resulting in the door opening and closing without any difficulty. He spent nearly 30 minutes with me on the phone working through the troubleshooting steps and charged me nothing! I offered to send him a check and wanted to know how much I owed him and he said he was happy we had gotten the door to close but reiterated there was no cost.

Needless to say, Denver Garage Door LTD is now my “Go to” garage door repair service.

The service and communication were great, and the quote was very reasonable. They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the repair/replacement of the springs efficiently. I would totally recommend them if you are in the Denver Metro area.

We reached out to several garage door/dock door companies for a quote when the springs on our only dock door busted. Tomer not only arrived 1st & quoted low, he educated me upon what the door needed & explained the benefits we could receive by working w/ Denver Garage Door. I had to wait & see what the other companies quoted before choosing an organization to work w/, & in the meantime I received consistent updates from the office personnel about the availability of the Denver Garage Door technicians & about their willingness to earn our business. It was clear that my satisfaction was paramount, so when other companies quoted lower I reached out 1 more time to Denver Garage Door to see if there was any wiggle room in the pricing. I was impressed by how quickly & kindly the offer was accepted & the work was finished. This is the company you want taking care of your company.
