3. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access

To enable our certified technicians to safely fulfill requested service calls, customers agree to:

  • Provide clear, unobstructed access to the garage door opening, tracks, torsion assembly, and motor operator.
  • Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons at a safe distance from the work zone during testing and spring tension adjustments.
  • Ensure that electrical outlets powering opener motors meet local voltage and safety codes.

4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing

Pricing for services and hardware is detailed on our pricing page or provided in written project proposals.

  • Payment Timing: Payment for completed repairs is due immediately upon completion of service, unless prior written commercial credit terms have been established.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods.
  • Custom Orders: Custom garage door installations may require an upfront deposit prior to ordering manufacturer materials.

5. Warranties & Hardware Guarantees

  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from physical impact, unauthorized tampering, natural disasters, severe weather exposure, or failure to perform routine maintenance.
